1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 3–6 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking:
Track your shipment using the link in your confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier first.

Shipping Area:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.


2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@prohairsupply.shop with your order number.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return. It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process and fulfill your orders. We never sell or share your data.

We collect:
- Name, email, shipping address, payment info
- Browsing behavior to improve your experience
