1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way.
2. How can I track my order?
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your confirmation email. Still need help? Contact us at support@prohairsupply.shop.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to initiate a return.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll make it right. Send us a photo and your order number at support@prohairsupply.shop within 3 days of delivery.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away. Once it’s been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
7. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
